Privacy Policy for Kitty Fish
Kitty Fish is built to work as a completely offline game. It does not require an account, an internet connection, or access to any online service. The game can be installed and played without sending personal information to the developer.
The simple privacy rule
Kitty Fish does not collect data from its players. This means the game does not receive or store your:
Name or contact details
Location
IP address
Device or advertising identifiers
Photos, contacts, messages or files
Gameplay activity or statistics
Payment information
Age or date of birth
There are no player accounts, online profiles, login systems, mailing lists or cloud services connected to the game.
What happens while you play
All gameplay takes place directly on your device. Kitty Fish does not contact a server, upload information or send reports to the developer.
The game may save basic progress on your device, such as completed levels, unlocked stages or game settings. This information exists only so that the game can remember where you stopped. It is not personal information and is not transmitted outside your device.
The developer cannot view, download or restore this locally saved progress. Uninstalling the game or clearing its storage may remove it permanently.
No internet features
Kitty Fish does not need Wi-Fi, mobile data, Bluetooth or another network connection. It does not contain:
Online multiplayer
Cloud saving
Player messaging
Social-media login
Online leaderboards
Remote user databases
The application store used to download Kitty Fish may process information independently when you install or update the game. That activity is handled by the store provider under its own privacy rules and is separate from the game itself.
No advertising or analytics
Kitty Fish does not use advertising networks, behavioural tracking systems or analytics services.
The developer does not monitor how often you play, which levels you complete, how long you use the game or what you do in other applications. Because no player information is collected, there is nothing to sell, rent, trade or provide to advertisers.
Players of all ages
Kitty Fish applies the same offline design to every player. The game does not ask children or adults to provide names, ages, email addresses or any other identifying details. There are no chat rooms, public profiles or communication features through which players can contact one another.
Future versions
The privacy practices described here apply to the current version of Kitty Fish. Should a future version introduce internet-based features, advertising, analytics, cloud saving or another function involving data, this policy will be rewritten to explain the change before those features are released.The effective date at the top of the policy will show when the latest version was issued.
